From the moment the Mona Farm teaser was released at Knight's Frank influential agents' conference in Hong Kong, the jungle drums began to beat and its consummate agent, Australian Prestige Residential chief Deborah Cullen, began fielding calls, emails and requests to inspect from colleagues, clients and media around the world. In its previous campaign, Mona Farm had been on the market for five years. This time, three weeks after the campaign launched, Mona Farm was sold - to a leading Australian family who told Deborah from the moment they watched the film that they had found their ideal escape.
