Another powerful, and highly successful example of how emotion can inspire people to make a bold move. Goldeneye Media was engaged to travel to California's stunning Napa Valley to help tell the story of Calistoga Hills Resort. We sought to express what this property represented as the last great holding ever to be offered in one of the worlds most fiercely protected, and respected wine regions.

Despite a speculated value of $USD100million, Calistoga Hills Resort was challenging to capture as it is located on a heavily forested hillside that presented very few photogenic angles for traditional real estate photography. Nevertheless, when we put our specialist aerial cameras to work and combined their imagery with a powerful interview with the man who knew the hillside best, its true worth suddenly came to life. Within a few months the property sold to a buyer who had previously considered the site but was now inspired to act as the film allowed a greater understanding of the rare and exciting nature of the offering.

The film generated significant media coverage having 10,000+ plays in over 140 countries. It spent several months as the hero campaign on the landing page for the Christie’s International Real Estate website.
